America is a land of immigrants, My great-grandparents were immigrants. We will stop treating immigrants as criminals while enforcing our laws with Stop Kidnappings legislation that will:

Stop violently grabbing people off the street. Without Congressional funding, ICE agents can’t kidnap people off our streets without due process. One of Congress’s first orders of business will be to return ICE to its proper role of enforcing legal immigration and focusing on serious public-safety threats.

Pass binding enforcement laws. I will fight to codify what procedures ICE must follow — instead of leaving it up to the White House. These include: focus on violent offenders first, no masks, mandatory warrants, enforce due process, and stop racial profiling.

Use the power of my office to hold people accountable. I will advocate for calling ICE leaders before committees under oath to force transparency and accountability. If you broke the law, you will be held accountable. If you tore apart families, you will reunite them.
